Data we collect

When you submit the trade-access form we collect: first and last name, email, phone, company name, address, country, the form language, plus IP address, user agent, and submission timestamp.

Purposes

• Managing your trade-access request. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in evaluating B2B inbound inquiries.
• Marketing communications, only when you tick the explicit consent checkbox. Lawful basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Ready-stock newsletter, only when you tick the explicit consent checkbox. Lawful basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention

Requests with status new or declined are retained for 24 months then deleted. Approved requests are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to privacy@stockgresslabs.com to exercise them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
